The conditions set out below regulate the relationship between + Trilhos® and the customer. Therefore, when contracting the services provided by this brand, you presuppose reading, acceptance and knowledge of these general conditions and terms of use.

In some activities, the general conditions described here may be complemented by particular conditions sent to the customer. When hiring + Trilhos® the customer accepts all established Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Use

When accessing the + Trilhos® website, we advise you to read the Terms and Conditions carefully in case you do not agree with what is described. If you do not agree, you should not register on the website.

Ownership and Access

Access to the + Trilhos® website is permitted, on a temporary basis, with the brand having the right to withdraw or change services and content. It is not its responsibility if, for any reason, the website is not accessible for a period of time. Access to areas thereof may also occasionally be restricted.

+ Trilhos® is not responsible for damages or losses that may occur from the use of information present on the website.

The website may contain hyperlinks that redirect the user to partner websites of the brand. After leaving the + Trilhos® website, the brand is not responsible for the content you may find.

It is expressly prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify or disseminate, in whole or in part, the content of the + Trilhos® website, without prior authorization, and all intellectual property rights relating to the content and information presented belong exclusively to the brand .

Law and Jurisdiction

The + Trilhos® website was created in accordance with the terms of Portuguese Law. Access to it is subject to acceptance of its conditions and any dispute relating to it will be regulated by current Portuguese legislation, with only the courts of the district of Aveiro having jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other. If any of the conditions are considered, by virtue of a court decision, null, illegal or inapplicable, this will not affect the remaining conditions, which will remain valid to the maximum extent legally permitted.

Safety rules

+ Trilhos® develops activities that scrupulously comply with safety standards in order to reduce all associated risks to a minimum. Even so, customers must bear in mind that, given the nature of these activities, the risk can never be completely eliminated, which is why we call for a responsible and preventive attitude on the part of our customers.

Participants in + Trilhos® activities must:

Comply with and respect the instructions and information provided by + Trilhos®, as well as respect the regulations in force in the places visited;
Ensure that you are in adequate physical and psychological health for the activity in which you intend to participate, having the duty to inform the + Trilhos® guide in advance about any health problems or specific needs;
Respect established times as well as respect other participants in the activity in which you participate;
Respect the rules of conduct and good practices for visitors to ICNF or other protected areas, ensuring the conservation of the environment and nature;
Inform about your intention to be accompanied by pets by indicating this in the "Notes or Comments" field when registering.

The absence or inadequacy of the equipment recommended by + Trilhos® may exclude participants from participating in a given activity. Taking into account the weather conditions and the difficulty of progressing on the terrain, the + Trilhos® guide will assess the suitability or otherwise of each client's equipment.

+ Trilhos®, as well as the company Ribeiro de Ideias Unipessoal, Lda and its employees, will not be responsible for inappropriate behavior of participants during activities, and may consider an activity concluded if safety conditions or minimum standards of conduct are in question.

€4,471.73 for accident treatment costs;

Accidents and Activation of Personal Accident Insurance (SAP)

All insurance held by + Trilhos® will be able to be activated within the period of time in which the activity in which the customer participates takes place. The start of this period is the date and time described in the activity program and will end on the day and time on which the client abandons the activity, even if they leave early and definitively. Whenever the client wishes to abandon the activity, they must inform the + Trilhos® guide.

Accidents subject to SAP action are considered to be all those that occur during the normal development of the activity described in the program in which the customer is participating or in any change introduced to it by + Trilhos®.

Therefore, accidents may not be covered by our Personal Accident Insurance in the following situations:

When the client, on their own initiative, is carrying out any activity outside the scope and normal development of the activity described in the program or following risky behavior unnecessary to the activity in which the client is participating;
When the client, on their own initiative and against the instructions of the + Trilhos® guide responsible for the activity on the ground, decides to make changes to the route or to the described program in which they are participating;
When any safety rule previously established by the + Trilhos® guide is consciously disregarded by the client.
Any and all accidents that may be triggered by the SAP must be reported to our insurance company, within a maximum of 48 hours after the conclusion of the activity in which the accident occurred.

Schedule

The proposals presented on the website, regarding the event location, payment and other information, refer to the dates for which they are defined. The service described on the website is detailed and explicit, stating the location, price, difficulty and program. However, due to external factors, such as weather conditions, the program may have to be changed, and any and all changes will be informed to the participants.

Private groups

Proposals for private groups/companies follow a prior budget and are scheduled based on the availability of + Trilhos®' agenda. The proposed values will depend on several factors, such as number of people, chosen destination, duration of the event, associated external costs (accommodation, meals and transport), among others.

Time

The duration of activities is merely indicative, and approximately, and may be changed, given factors external to the company. A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for all participants to meet at the defined meeting point.

Reservation/Payment

All activities and programs on the website are owned by the + Trilhos® brand and marketed by Ribeiro de Ideias Ideias Unipessoal, Lda.

Payment must be made at the meeting point, before starting the activity, or, exceptionally, in activities involving more entities in the organization, in advance and by bank transfer. Prior payment will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the email responding to your reservation, and proof of payment must be sent to the email. If you wish to issue a receipt with your NIF, you must request it at the time of payment.

To register for any + Trilhos® event, you must make a reservation via the activity form on our website. When booking the service you agree to the General and Specific Conditions of the activity. In this way, you undertake to pay for all services provided in the activity.

Upon registration, the participant assumes the commitments described above in Safety Rules.

Refunds and Cancellations/Changes/Cancellation

If an activity needs to be canceled, for reasons beyond +Trilhos®'s control, the participant will be notified as soon as possible and the brand undertakes to present an alternative date for the activity to take place.

Activity may be canceled in the following cases:

Adverse weather conditions;
Safety conditions are not met;
There is no minimum number of participants.

If the customer cancels the reservation, it must be done:

Up to 48 hours in advance for 1-day activities;
Up to 15 days in advance for activities lasting more than 1 day.

If the activity has already been paid for, you can request a refund as long as you meet the deadlines for canceling the activity.

Transport

In the activities carried out by + Trilhos®, unless expressly indicated, no type of transport or transfers are included.

Changes

+ Trilhos® may change the Terms and Conditions whenever it deems it necessary. However, the changes will be published, with the update date on this page.
