Starting in Mafómedes we begin with a difficult climb until reaching the mountain crest with an admirable view of the eastern slope of Marão. We continue along it through very technical terrain until we reach the highest point of the mountain.
After descending to Póvoa da Serra and Soutelo, we started climbing again through shale until we reached the south-facing slope.
From there we begin our descent along small mountain paths until we reach our starting point.
