We'll start our journey in the village of Tendais, where we'll walk through farmland, mostly on small green terraces that stretch across the valley.
The landscape is criss-crossed by small streams and as we climb, leafy oak and ash trees border the fields.
We continue along ancient paths lined with walls until we reach the Covais stream. From here we will reach the village that gives this valley its name and whose view allows us to glimpse all the tranquillity of the mountainous lands that lie within it.
We then head back to our meeting point through small hardwood forests.
