With a meeting point in the town of Manteigas, we will explore this beautiful route following the Leandres's stream, which runs quickly between cliffs and embedded valleys, with enchanting forests.
We will visit Poço do Inferno, a 10 meter high natural waterfall, and one of the unmissable visiting points in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park.
From here we will climb through a slightly more technical rocky area that will take us to the highest point of our hike. Upon reaching the ridge line, we have views of the glacial valley of the Zêzere river, preparing us for the descent that will take us back to the village of Manteigas.
