We'll start our journey in São Cipriano with a visit to the past, exploring the anthropomorphic graves that bear witness to the ancestral human presence in this region.
Then, through cobbled paths, villages, meadows and several streams we'll climb the slopes of the Montemuro mountain range until we reach the village of Panchorrinha, where cows graze happily in the green fields.
From there we descend to meet the river Cabrum as we pass over the discreet Barrela bridge, also known as the Panchorrinha bridge, framed by a leafy alder grove.
We continue our journey to visit the beautiful medieval bridge of Ovadas, from where we follow the river to the waterfalls of the mill.
We then climb through farmland to our starting point.
