A different way of getting to know a mountain where the limit is ourselves. Grab your tent and your backpack and come discover this mountain with us.
Over the course of 4 days we will discover the various angles of the Caramulo mountain with everything on our shoulders!
On April 24th we will have a small testing walk of 4 kilometers and 200 meters of climb to understand if we have everything we need and, above all, understand what we don't need.
The next day we began our walk through the forests of this mountain. We will have one day to cover 16 kilometers and climb a challenging 700 meters. We will pass through beautiful forests of cedars and pseudotsugas and we will also have the opportunity to climb a little higher to see the granite outcrops that are so characteristic of this mountain range.
After a night well spent, the third day will be dedicated to getting to know the charming Varzielas stream and the beautiful mountain villages before climbing to the top of Caramulinho. On this day we will cover a distance of 16 kilometers and climb around 800 meters.
On the fourth and last day we will have a more relaxed day to return to the town of Caramulo on an 8 kilometer walk with a climb of 250 meters. Before returning we still have the opportunity to walk a small trail through an oak forest that will take us from the mountain back to the civilization.
