A beautiful morning hike to discover the Troço River valley and its surroundings.
An area of the country where the rural and agricultural world coexists in perfect harmony with the more natural and wild environment.
We set off along old rural paths through pine and oak forests, where, further on, this forested area gives way to small agricultural fields of vineyards and small green pastures.
We descend slightly to have our first encounter with the Troço river and its turbulent waters, which have shaped the landscape for millennia.
We climb a little to find a viewpoint overlooking the valley of this river and the famous suspended bridge between young and slender oak trees.
We will also find a very well-preserved Roman road that will take us back in time, just before we return to our starting point.
