On a memorable day of discovery, we will explore the plateau of the serra da Freita, one of the most fascinating regions in northern Portugal. This territory, marked by granite landscapes, unique biodiversity, and breathtaking views, invites us on an intense and inspiring journey.
Our trail begins near the Merujal campsite, surrounded by tranquil woods and fresh air.
We set off towards the imposing Mizarela waterfall, one of the largest waterfalls in the country, where the force of nature reveals itself in all its splendor.
Along our journey, we will pass the mysterious "boroas" stones, the Detrelo da Malhada and São Pedro Velho viewpoints, which offer breathtaking panoramic views.
We will walk along dirt tracks and forest paths with passages between rocky outcrops, on a route that invites contemplation and connection with Nature. A unique, enriching experience deeply connected to the territory.
