We start our walk along the walkways of Quiaios beach and Murtinhosa.
Then, we begin to climb along rugged paths through the interior of Serra da Boa Viagem, a place of great historical importance, given the existence of fossils from the dinosaur era, where we will be dazzled by the views of the sea, the mountain's biodiversity and the grandeur geology of the Cabo Mondego Natural Monument.
After reaching the Bandeira's viewpoint, it's time to go in search of the Quiaios Waterfall, before finishing the trail. Upon returning to the starting point, and as the time of year calls for it, there is a swim, for those who want, at Quiaios beach.
