The first day will be marked by a challenging ascent to Coto da Fonte Fria. Participants will have the opportunity to contemplate the imposing mountains of Pitões das Júnias, see mountain goats in their natural habitat and explore the native forests that make this region so special. This day will be an excellent opportunity for nature and hiking lovers to connect with the wild beauty and local biodiversity.
In the evening we will enjoy dinner to share stories and adventures from the walk.
On the second day, the adventure continues with an ascent to the Chapel of São João da Fraga. During the walk, we will recreate the traditional pilgrimage, a cultural and spiritual moment that will allow participants to immerse themselves in local traditions. To end the day in a memorable way, a traditional picnic will be served in the pilgrimage's picnic area, prepared by Padaria de Pitões das Júnias, providing delicious food typical of the region.
