A level five hike is recommended for people with a lot of experience and excellent physical and mental condition. Physical resistance combined with the desire to overcome obstacles could be the key to participating in activities of this level of difficulty. The terrain will always be quite technical, with very steep ascents and descents and, not infrequently, long durations. The length and duration will also be very high, requiring a constant and quite accelerated walking pace.
