Leaving the village of Bezerreira, we soon ventured through its lush green marshes that frame this village so beautifully.
Oak and pine forests are also part of the landscape before we start climbing the steep slopes of Caramulo.
At the highest points, it is the granites that catch our attention with their diverse and peculiar shapes that quickly resemble a mythological figure or one of our pets.
The landscape that we can see from the top of Pinoucas also surprises us with its vastness. From here we can see the village of Caramulo, the valley of the lands of Besteiros, the mountains of Ladário, Freita and Gralheira.
We descend the slope to quickly find a charming stretch of the Águeda River which, with all its shades of green and its large and small waterfalls, will guide us to our starting point.
