How do I register for + Trilhos® events?
To register for + Trilhos® walks, you must access our website, search for the event you wish to participate in and then fill out the registration form. Only then is participation validated.
How do I know that the registration was registered?
You will receive an email with registration confirmation and event information. You can also find out in your personal area which activities you are registered for.
I want to sign up for an activity but it is sold out, what should I do?
You can send an email to maisinfo@maistrilhos.pt expressing interest in being notified in the event of a withdrawal.
How do I pay for the activity?
With exceptions, payment is made on the day the event takes place.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, just access your personal area and cancel the activity you signed up for.
We remind you that if the customer cancels the reservation, it must be done:
- Up to 48 hours in advance for 1-day activities;
- Up to 15 days in advance for activities lasting more than 1 day.
If the activity has already been paid for, you can request a refund as long as you meet the deadlines for canceling the activity.
